Drip Funnel
Step-by-step retention through each drip sequence.

What this report shows
For each drip sequence, the number of leads enrolled at each step — so you can see where leads drop out before reaching the conversion event.
A drip sequence is an automated email series that fires on a schedule after a lead enters. The funnel shows how many leads reached step 1, step 2, step 3, etc., and how much each step shrinks the audience.
How to read it
- Each bar = one step in the sequence. Bar height is the number of leads who reached that step.
- Step-to-step % — of the leads who reached step N, what % made it to step N+1.
- The conversion event at the end of the sequence is whatever business event the sequence is optimized for (a reply, a click, a meeting booked).
The single biggest insight: which step has the largest drop-off. That's where the content needs work.
Common questions
- Why is step 1 less than total enrolled? Some sequences require a wait/delay before step 1 fires. Anyone still in the queue isn't at step 1 yet.
- Why doesn't the sequence I know about appear? It may not have any enrolled leads yet. The report only lists sequences with at least one enrollment.
- Why do unsubscribed leads disappear from later steps? They're removed from the sequence the moment they unsubscribe, so they're absent from every step after.
What to do if numbers look wrong
- Open the drip-sequence detail page and check enrollment count + step trigger schedule.
- If a step shows zero, check whether the step template is active and whether its trigger has fired in the cron logs.
- Cross-check a sample enrolled lead in `/admin/crm/leads/<id>` — their drip activity is visible on the lead timeline.
