Where to find the email-template editor from the settings tree.

What this surface does
Email-template authoring lives under the CRM area (`/admin/email-templates`), but operators sometimes look for it under Settings since it controls brand-wide email content. This article points you to the right surface.
When to use it
- You are setting up a new account and want to review/customise every system email before customers see them.
- Compliance asks for a list of every email template referenced anywhere in the system.
- Onboarding a new admin who is looking for "where do I edit the welcome email".
Key gotchas
- The 5 seed templates that ship with the rollout are placeholder copy — replace with real copy before flipping `crm_email_automation` on for customers.
- Plain-text fallback should always be filled in. Customers on text-only clients receive the fallback.
- Vendor-name blocklist applies to template content the same way it applies to help articles.
