Voice Messaging Overview

Voice messaging lets you deliver pre-recorded or text-to-speech messages to voters via phone calls.

How It Works

1. Phone Number — A dedicated caller ID number is assigned to your campaign
2. Templates — Create voice message templates (text-to-speech or audio file)
3. Contact Lists — Use the same contact lists as your text messaging campaigns
4. Broadcast — Schedule and send voice broadcasts

Machine Detection

Our system automatically detects answering machines and can:

• Leave a voicemail message
• Hang up if no one answers
• Deliver the full message when a human answers

Billing

Voice messaging is billed per minute of call duration. Only answered calls are charged.
