Creating a Campaign

Step-by-step guide to creating your first campaign.

A campaign in PolitiFast represents a single political campaign — whether it's for school board, city council, state legislature, or Congress.

How to Create a Campaign

  1. Go to your portal dashboard and click "New Campaign"
  2. Enter your campaign details: name, candidate name, office sought, and election date
  3. Select the services you need (website, text messaging, voice messaging)
  4. Choose your website plan tier if applicable
  5. Review your order and sign the service agreement
  6. Complete payment to activate your services

After Creation

Once your campaign is created, each service will have its own onboarding process:

  • Websites: Provide content, review drafts, approve for launch
  • Text Messaging: Complete compliance registration, import contacts, create templates
  • Voice Messaging: Set up phone numbers, create voice templates, schedule broadcasts
