Managing Your Team

How to invite team members and manage access to your campaign.

You can invite others to help manage your campaign by adding them as team members.

Roles

  • Owner — Full access to everything. Can manage billing, team, and all services.
  • Admin — Full access except billing and ownership transfer.
  • Editor — Can manage content, contacts, and sends. Cannot manage team or billing.
  • Viewer — Read-only access to campaign data.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to your campaign and click the "Team" tab
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address and select their role
  4. They'll receive an email invitation to join

Team members must create a PolitiFast account (or sign in) to accept the invitation.
