Managing Your Team
Invite teammates to your campaign, control what they can see and do with roles, and manage pending invites.

Campaigns are team efforts, and your portal supports that. The Team section of your campaign workspace lets you invite teammates, control what each person can do, and remove access when someone moves on.
The four roles
- Owner — full control, including billing, agreements, and team management. Every campaign needs at least one Owner, and the last Owner can't be removed.
- Admin — manages the campaign's day-to-day work and can invite team members, but isn't the accountable owner.
- Editor — contributes work: uploads files, drafts messages, submits orders.
- Viewer — read-only. Right for treasurers, consultants, or family who need visibility without the ability to change anything.
Pick the smallest role that lets the person do their job — you can always raise it later.
Inviting someone
Owners and Admins can invite. From the Team page, choose Invite Team Member, enter their email, pick a role, and send. They'll receive an email with a join link; when they accept, they appear in your member list.
Managing pending invites
Until an invite is accepted you can send the email again (lost in spam happens) or revoke it — revoking kills the link immediately so it can no longer be used. Send a fresh invite if you revoked by mistake.
Changing roles and removing members
Change any member's role from the Team page as responsibilities shift. Removing a member ends their access immediately; their past work and uploads stay with the campaign.
A note on account security
Every teammate should have their own login — never share credentials. Individual accounts mean individual access you can revoke, and they keep your campaign's audit trail honest. Encourage teammates to turn on two-factor authentication (see Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication under Account & Security).
