Your Agreements, E-Signatures, and Cancellation

During onboarding you e-signed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) plus an addendum for each service you selected. Those documents — and everything about ending a service — live in your campaign's Agreements section.

Finding your agreements

The Agreements page lists every document: the MSA and each per-service addendum, with its status (awaiting signature, signed, countersigned). You can open and download any of them at any time — they're yours to keep, and copies also live under Files.

What you agreed to, in plain words

The specifics are in the documents, but the shape is consistent:

• Scope — what each service includes, matching what the help articles here describe.
• Billing authorization — you acknowledged that invoices for setup and usage would follow after signup (nothing was charged in the wizard), and that a saved card may be charged for recurring items per the agreement's terms.
• Hosting terms — websites include monthly hosting at $99 after a 30-day free trial.
• Authority to bind — you signed as someone authorized to commit the campaign.

How cancellation works

After your first month with any service, you can cancel it with 30 days written notice. Email your notice to hello@politifast.com naming the campaign and the service; we'll confirm receipt and the end date.

What happens after you cancel

• Work in progress winds down through the notice period.
• Website hosting ends at the close of the notice period — tell us if you'd like help moving your site elsewhere first.
• Registrations made on your behalf (like your texting registration) are yours; we'll hand over what's portable.
• You keep portal access to your documents and paid invoices.
