Why Did I Get This Invoice?
A map from each invoice type to the action that produced it — setup fees, text sends, designs, mail, and hosting.

Every invoice traces back to something you ordered, selected, or agreed to. Here's the map from invoice to origin.
Setup fees after onboarding
Nothing is charged inside the signup wizard — so when your first invoice arrives days after onboarding, that's the setup billing catching up, exactly as the "nothing due today" step described. Texting setup, for example, bills $140 for the full registration (or $45 if you supplied your own Campaign Verify token) — pass-through registration costs, invoiced by the team.
Per-send text invoices
Each text send you submit produces an invoice for its eligible recipients at 5¢ per message (plus $25 if you added a designed graphic). It appears when you submit and must be paid before the team releases the send.
Design and mail invoices
- Mailer design — $150 flat when you order a design.
- Mail sends — billed per piece, rate confirmed on the invoice after design approval.
- Ad design — $150 for 3 sizes or $250 for 6, per your approved ad plan.
Monthly hosting
Websites (standalone or via the Brand Package) bill $99 per month for hosting after your 30-day free trial — this is the one recurring charge most campaigns carry, and it may auto-charge your saved card per your agreement.
Quoted work
Website updates, consulting retainers, ad media budgets, and other scoped work bill at the amount you approved when the team quoted it. The quote conversation is always first; the invoice should never be the first time you see the number.
