There are two ways to reach the PolitiFast team, and both get you a real person. If a "Talk to a strategist" button brought you here, this page is the answer — pick the channel below that fits.

Email us

Write to hello@politifast.com for anything: questions, service requests, billing, problems, or a sanity check before you order something. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

The contact page

The contact page gives you two options in one place:

• A message form — reaches the same team with the same 24-hour response as email, without leaving the site.
• A book-a-call calendar — pick a time that works for you and get a scheduled call with a member of the team.

We do not run a phone line or live chat. The calendar is how you get a human on a call — booking a slot means the right person is prepared for your question, instead of whoever happens to be free in the moment. For anything that does not need a conversation, email is usually faster.

What to include for the fastest resolution

The more context your first message carries, the more likely we can solve it in one reply. Include:

• Your campaign name — especially if you manage more than one.
• The service involved — texting, website, mail, ads, and so on.
• What you expected versus what you saw — "I submitted a text Tuesday and expected it to go out, but it still shows as submitted" beats "texting is broken".
• Screenshots — a picture of the exact screen you are looking at saves a whole round of clarifying questions.

A note on response times

The 24-hour commitment applies on business days; messages sent over a weekend are answered the next business day. If something is genuinely time-sensitive — a send that must go out before election day, for example — say so in your subject line so we can prioritize it.
