Choosing Which Notifications You Get
The notification preferences grid — categories, channels, and the one-click marketing unsubscribe.
Last updated 08/05/26
PolitiFast notifies you when something needs you — a design waiting on approval, an invoice ready to pay, a status change on your work. You control exactly which of those you receive and where, from Settings → Notifications.

How the grid works
Preferences are a grid: notification categories down one side, delivery channels across the top. Toggle any combination.
The categories:
- Approvals — something is waiting on your sign-off (designs, creatives).
- Reminders — nudges about incomplete setup or pending items.
- Documents — agreements and files that involve you.
- Status — progress updates on your sends, orders, and projects.
- Marketing — product news and offers from PolitiFast.
The channels: email, text, in-app, and web push.
The one-click marketing opt-out
An Unsubscribe from all marketing button turns off every marketing notification across every channel at once, without touching your operational notices.
Our recommendation
Keep approvals and reminders on at least by email — they're how you learn work is blocked on you, and an unnoticed approval is the most common reason a project slips. Status updates are taste; marketing is entirely up to you.
Changes apply immediately
Toggles save as you flip them — no save button, no delay.
