Downloading Your Data and Deleting Your Account
The self-serve data export, and how account deletion works — eligibility, the 30-day grace period, and what's permanent.

Your data is yours. The Danger zone tab in Settings gives you two self-serve controls: export everything, and delete your account.
Downloading your data
Download my data requests an export of your campaign data — contacts, messages, and records associated with your account. The export is prepared shortly after you request it and delivered as a downloadable file, visible only to you. Good practice before any big transition: end of a campaign, handing off to a new manager, or ahead of a deletion request.
Deleting your account
Deletion is deliberate, staged, and reversible right up until it isn't:
- Eligibility check. You can't delete while you still own active campaigns or have unpaid invoices — transfer or close those first. The page tells you exactly what's blocking.
- Confirmation. You'll confirm explicitly; this is not a one-click action.
- 30-day grace period. The deletion is scheduled, not immediate. For 30 days you can cancel it from the same page and nothing is lost.
- Permanent removal. After the grace period the deletion executes and cannot be reversed.
What deletion means for your campaign records
Deleting your account is about you as a user. Campaign records that other team members own or that the law requires retaining (like billing records) are handled per our privacy policy and your agreements. If your goal is winding down a campaign rather than removing yourself, contact the team — that's a different, gentler process.
While a deletion is pending
You'll see the scheduled date and a cancel option. Sign-ins still work through the grace period, so a change of heart costs nothing.
Rather talk it through first?
If something about the platform is pushing you toward deletion, we'd like the chance to fix it — and if deletion is right, we'll make it smooth.
