Reviewing and Approving Ad Creatives
Every ad needs your sign-off before it launches — how the review page works and why fast, consolidated feedback keeps your launch date.

No ad runs without your approval. When your creatives are ready, they appear in your campaign's Ads workspace for review — this article covers how that review works and how to keep it from becoming the thing that delays your launch.
Reviewing proofs
Open your ad campaign from the Ads workspace to see each creative proof at its actual sizes. Check the things only you can check:
- Is the message right, and is it the message we agreed on?
- Are names, dates, and the office spelled exactly right?
- Is your "Paid for by" disclaimer present and correct?
- Do the photos and logo represent the campaign well?
Your two actions
- Approve All — every creative in the set is final; the team schedules the launch.
- Request Revision — describe the changes and the set goes back to design.
Feedback that keeps your launch date
Approval timing drives launch timing — a set that sits unreviewed for a week launches a week late. Two habits help:
- Review within a day or two of the proofs arriving.
- Consolidate feedback into one complete list per round. Gather everyone's notes before sending anything back; three partial rounds of feedback cost far more time than one thorough one.
After approval
The team launches on the planned schedule and your dashboard starts collecting data. If something needs to change mid-flight — a new endorsement, a shifted message — contact the team; flighted creative can often be updated faster than you'd expect.
Unsure about a creative?
If something about a proof feels off but you can't name it, say that — a quick call with the team usually finds the fix in minutes.
