How Do I Cancel a Service?
After the first month, any service cancels with 30 days written notice — here's the exact process and what happens after.

Canceling is simple and there's no lock-in gimmick: after your first month with any service, cancel it with 30 days written notice.
The process
- Email hello@politifast.com naming your campaign and the service you're canceling.
- We confirm receipt and the effective end date (30 days out).
- Work winds down through the notice period.
That's it — no retention maze, no phone tree (we don't have a phone tree).
What happens after
- Website hosting ends at the close of the notice period. If you want the site moved elsewhere, say so in your notice and we'll help with the handoff.
- Registrations made for you (like your texting registration) are yours — we hand over what's portable.
- Your records stay yours. You keep portal access to your documents, agreements, and paid invoices.
Canceling everything vs. one service
Notice is per service — you can drop one and keep the rest. If you're winding down the whole campaign (you won, you lost, the race changed), tell us that instead; we'll close things out in the right order and make sure you have exports of what you need.
